Tracker Views

Tracker views provide a dynamic and interactive way to manage and monitor records within various modules. They offer features such as filtering, sorting, and customizable layouts to enhance user experience and data visibility.

The Tracker displays a searchable table-style tracker that lists all active items. This is what you you see when selecting module from the sidebar menu.

Navigate to the item details view by clicking the [...] ellipsis icon next to a record.

Searching and Filtering Records

Use the Search All Data field to quickly find a record by any of the displayed fields or columns.

Click on column headers to sort the list by that field.

Use the Filter button to filter the list by field values. Archived records are not displayed by default but can be accessed by toggling the "Show Inactive Entries" filter option.

The View button allows you to temporarily show or hide columns available in the underlying data model.

Customising the Tracker View

Users with configuration permissions can update the tracker view to better suit the business needs. Click on the gear icon to access options. See Configure Module Fields for a complete guide.
