- Status fields related to reminders can be customized in Settings > Reference List.
Configuring Reminder Notifications
Users can configure email notifications for reminders in Settings > Notifications by selecting the Reminder Due option.
Reminder Due Rule
This rule sends email reminders to users based on configured conditions.
- The system sends an initial reminder based on an offset before the due date (Offset in Days).
- Follow-up reminders are sent at specified repeat intervals (Repeat in Days).
- The rule will send an email only if all conditions are met: o The reminder status is Scheduled. o The user is active. o Email notifications are enabled for the user.
- Repeat reminders continue until the conditions are no longer met.
Additional Notification Options
- CC Additional Users: Users can add other recipients to receive all reminder emails under this rule.
- This is particularly useful for holiday coverage, ensuring important reminders are not missed.
- Target Date: The system uses the reminder due date as the reference point for notifications.
