  1. Enable or disable modules Navigate to Settings > Content to activate core modules like My Mail, Proposals, Operations, etc.
  2. Configure fields and visibility Go to Settings > Modules > Configure Module to modify which fields are shown and what filters are applied in views.
  3. Assign access levels and permissions Control who sees what and who can export the dara through user roles and group permissions. This modular control ensures data protection, relevance per user role, and minimal clutter for front-line users.
