Trackers Module

The Trackers Module provides users with a structured view of business tracking data in a tabular format, featuring KPIs, detailed insights, and action management capabilities. Trackers can be customized by IPGN Solutions to create tailored views based on business needs.

Sales Tracker & Sales Pipeline

  • The Sales Tracker includes a Sales Pipeline, offering a fully customizable data view. Users can tailor the displayed fields by selecting the ‘Cog’ icon, which redirects them to Settings > Modules. There, users can choose which specific fields from the tracker should be visible.
  • Trackers help teams collaborate on multiple tasks linked to specific stages of an enquiry or proposal, ensuring alignment across the business.
  • Users can filter the tracker view by any available field, such as Customer Name, Status, or Assignee, to focus on relevant data.

Viewing & Managing Sales Data

  • Users can click on a specific job within the tracker to access either Enquiry or Proposal details.
  • A high-level summary appears in a pop-up window, where users can switch between tabs to view related information and available actions.
  • The pop-up allows users to:
  • Add a Story (record notes or progress updates).
  • Create a Request (assign follow-up tasks).
  • Set a Reminder (schedule alerts for key milestones).
  • For full job details and additional actions, users can click the hyperlink leading to the complete job entry.
  • If there are active related items, they are displayed alongside the primary job.
  • Users can scroll down to view the Story section, which logs comments and updates related to the selected enquiry or proposal.

Exporting Data

  • If the user has export permissions, they can download data using the ‘Export’ button.
  • Options include:
  • Exporting a CSV file for a selected job.
  • Downloading a full tracker report for broader analysis.

Status & Data Management

  • By default, the Tracker only displays 'Active' jobs in either the Enquiry or Proposal status.
  • If archived or inactive data is appearing, users can update this in Settings > Reference Lists:
  1. Navigate to Reference Tables > Status_choice table.
  2. Locate the table_name (e.g., Proposal or Enquiry).
  3. Check the ‘Status’ field and ensure the ‘is_active’ value is set to Yes for active entries.

Sales Pipeline KPI Visualization

  • The KPI charts on the page represent the stages of the sales process, based on the status of Proposals/Enquiries in the tracker.
