Date Inputs

When entering dates on forms we previously used a date picker style of input where you would navigate through calendar months and pick a date from a calender view. Feedback from users is that this is not always the most efficient way to enter dates, especially when you know the date you want to enter. We have now added a new date input style that allows you to type the date directly into the field.

This new input style is available on all date fields in forms. You can still use the date picker feature if you prefer, just click the calendar icon to open the date picker.
