Subscription Updates
We recently introduced a Subscriptions feature, enabling users to receive updates from from EIIƎ, either by email or EIIƎ Tidings. This update extends this feature.
Subscribe to News
You can now subscribe to receive emails when new articles are published in the News section. This is a great way to stay informed about the latest updates and developments. By default, members of the Sales team will automatically me notified on Sales topics. You can update your news subscription by clicking Subscribe to News option in the news icon menu. Here you can subscribe, change your news topics and unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe from the Communications / Subscriptions view.
When you publish a news article you can select the topics that are relevant to the article. This will ensure that only users who are interested in those topics will receive notifications. By default the topic is set to your own department (in your profile), or Sales if you are not linked to a department.
Account Manager Subscription
We now automatically subscribe account managers to receive updates on their customers. This ensures that account managers are always informed about the latest developments and changes related to their customers. Whenever any user updates the customer or creates an enquiry for a customer you'll receive a notification.
Check your communication preferences in the Resources/Team view to select email and / or Tidings as your notification channel.
