Master Glossary of System Terms

Account Module

Module where administrators manage core business information, branding, usage data, and billing/invoice history.

Actions Panel

Quick links in modules (e.g., Add to Story, Request Proposal, Add Reminder).

Active Status

Indicates a record is live and viewable in tracker or module views an is regulated by the status of entry in the Settings > Reference Lists > Status.

Access

A Toggle Switch in the Settings>Modules where user can Configure Module Access Restrictions

Blueprint

Default data structure for forms, adjustable in Settings > Modules.

Billing

View in the Account Module for reviewing IPGN Provided services.

Bespoke Line

A custom item or service added manually to a proposal lines that isn't in the Solutions Catalogue.

Business

A business entity in the EIIƎ System, which can be a customer, supplier, or partner. The Directory > Businesses module provides a view where user can see all the businesses entered in the EIIƎ System.

Business Objectives

A Card view in the Overview > Objectives where user can enter business level objectives

Card / KPI Cards

Visual blocks showing summary data or metrics; configurable in Settings > Modules > Views > Chart Layouts.

Change Log

System log of edits to Adding/dropping fields in specific views. Full user activity Log available upon request.

Chart

Visual representations of metrics data (e.g., bars, period summaries) in either Metrics view or in individual Module views.

Choice Group (Option Group)

Dropdown or multiple-choice list for standardised field inputs.

Cog

An Icon for fast access to Settings that pre-selects the specific Module view user is on.

Column

How fields are displayed in a table format; each column shows one field.

Column Order

Used in E2E in terms of field order of appearance in the specific view customized in Settings > Modules> Module Fields.

Column Active / Hide on Table

Toggle to show or hide fields in Module View/Cards Details.

Conditional Fields

Fields that only appear or apply based on certain conditions.

Configure Module / Configure Table

Settings to control which fields or columns display and in what order.

Contact

An individual person tied to a business or record.

Contact Group

A group of contacts managed together for bulk communication, like WhatsApp messaging.

Contacts Card

Section in Customers or Directory for adding or linking people to a business.

Content

Admin area in Settings > Modules > Content to enable or disable various system features that are within Plan our outwith Plan.

Core App Column

System field that can't be deleted by user and is a system blueprint core.

CSV Export / Data Extract

Download module/ view or tracker data to CSV for external use.

Customer

A business entity in the EIIƎ System that has or may purchase our goods or services.

Data Extract

Permission setting controlling data export that is controlled in Settings > Modules > Access.

Data Type

The Type of data that best describes the field user would like to enter, such as Text, Number, Date etc.

Description

Used in E2E in terms of Field description customized in Settings > Modules> Module Fields.

Directory

Central list of all businesses and contacts displayed in the Directory Module.

Director Role

Admin role with highest access privileges that cannot be deleted.

EIIƎ

Your CRM platform name: EIIƎ, or E2E, is a simple, powerful and flexible. The modern business management framework that helps you build customer relationships, increase sales, and grow your business. The acronym EIIƎ reflects the end-to-end lifecycle of your customer interactions, or perhaps stands for Enterprise Integration and Intelligence Engine.

E2E Roles

Role-Based permissions based feature where users are assigned the rights to do or see certain activities within EIIƎ. Accessible through Resources > Team.

Edit Mode

A Toggle in specific Module Views that permits user to move from viewable mode to editing mode.

Enquiries Module

Logs, manages, and tracks customer queries or quote requests displayed in the table format view.

Enquiry

An incoming request or question from a customer that starts your workflow. Can be accessed either by specific Hyperlink or through the Enquiries Module by selecting individual enquiry.

Entity

A record type, e.g., Customer, Enquiry, Proposal, Order.

Export Rights

User permission to generate CSV downloads.

Export

An Icon that denotes to user having an Exporting rights to download the CSV data out of the system.

Filter Tables by This Column

Toggle to allow a field to be used as a filter in a tracker/Table views.

Field

Single piece of data in a record (like a column).

Form Type

Defines accepted data for a field (e.g., text, dropdown, choice).

HAMI AI Agent

Built-in AI that extracts info (e.g., from My Mail) and updates CRM records as well as permits user talk to the EIIƎ data and instructions.

Hide Column on Table

Toggle to hide a field in Table views without deleting it.

Hyperlink

Clickable link connecting data (e.g., linking an enquiry to a proposal) usually displayed in blocked container.

Inactive Status

Marks a record as hidden by default but can be still seen in filtering feature of table views if user selects to display inactive items.

In Plan

Toggle showing if a feature or module is included in your subscription.

KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

Measurable metric for business performance.

KPI Chart Layouts

Configurable dashboard views for showing metrics.

Key Strategies

A View Card in the Overview > Objectives where business can define the route in achieving business objectives.

Locations

Manage company offices or work sites under Account > Setup for Business Location set up. Manage Customer offices or work sites under Customer> Select specific customer an use Locations toggle to enter new locations.

Manage Accounts

Connect or switch email accounts in My Mail.

Mandatory

Denotes to mandatory fields that user must enter in order to progress and is marked with red asterisk.

Metrics

Quantitative measures for objectives (shown as cards or charts).

Module

Distinct CRM sections (e.g., Customers, Proposals, Enquiries, Requests, Trackers, Reminders, My Mail, Directory).

My Mail Module

Mailbox integration area to handle emails and create CRM actions.

News

A dedicated Module section to share internal announcements, industry updates, or system improvements.

Objectives View

A Module where users can define company objectives, values, strategies, and priorities.

Operations Module

Where confirmed proposals become executable orders.

Opt-in Record

Consent record for GDPR-compliant communications.

Option Choices

Values in a dropdown list (linked to Choice Groups).

Our Values

A View Card in the Overview > Objectives where business can define principles that guide the companies behaviour and decision-making.

Pipeline (Tracker)

Visual or table-based view of deal/Opportunity progress.

Pinned News

News posts that stay visible until manually unpinned.

Pop-out View / Card

Separate window or card showing record details.

Preferences Grouping

Settings to choose notification channels.

Priorities

A View Card in the Overview > Objectives where business can define goals or tasks aligned with key strategies.

Proposals Module

A Table Format module view where user can review all proposals as well as build and issue business proposals.

Proposal

A more detailed, formal response to an enquiry, often including pricing that can be accessed either by hyperlink or through the Proposals Module.

Reference Tables

Manage option lists or dropdowns for statuses, enquiry types, etc.

Reminders Module

A view to create reminder task for yourself or share with your team. It displays list of all the Reminders that can be edited and reviewed.

Reminder

A Reminder task that can be shared or assigned to individual and is linked to specific Entity, such as Enquiry, Proposal, Customer etc

Requires Values on Forms

Used customization option in Settings > Modules > Module Fields that allows users to set the field as mandatory entry or not.

Requests Module

View assigned tasks to yourself or team member with status tracking. Can be workflow setup based on business processes. See Request Module for more details.

Request

A Titled task that is assigned to specific individual that can be tracked and emailed to user. it is always associated to specific Entity, such as Enquiry, Proposal, Customer etc. See Request Module for more details.

Resources Module

Manage users, roles, and permissions as well as any of business Assets.

Settings Module

Configure/Customize modules, fields, notifications, reference lists, option groups, charts etc.

Solution Line

Standard item from your Solutions Catalogue added to proposals.

Solutions Catalogue

Library of predefined services/products to reuse in proposals.

Status

Current condition of a record/entity (e.g., open, closed/in progress).

Story / Story Log

History of actions or comments made on an record/entity.

Subscription Notifications

Updates for tasks, requests, or reminders.

Source Link

A link to an external article or reference in a news post.

Search

A universal search bar to find items anywhere in a specific module.

Telemetry Data / Usage View

See user activity in the app over time.

Tracker View

Table viw with pipeline visualization to manage records/entities with filter, search, export and action features.

Trackers

Pipeline modules to monitor activity (sales, operations, rentals etc).

Tooltip

Small info icon ("i") explaining a field or chart.

Usage Data / Usage View

Dashboard showing active user activity.

View

A specific layout or display for data within a module (e.g., list view, card view).

View Label

A Customization feature in Settings > Modules where user can rename/amend existing field in the chosen Module View.
