Overview Module
The Overview Module serves as a high-level dashboard displaying key business performance metrics, strategic goals, and priorities. It acts as the landing page for all users, ensuring immediate visibility into the business’s current status and objectives. By reviewing these insights at the start of each day, users can align their tasks with company goals.
Objectives
The Objectives View provides a structured space for defining and communicating business objectives, strategies, values and priorities.
Business Objectives
- A dedicated editable pop-out card where users can define the company’s long-term objectives.
- Supports basic text formatting (bold, italic, underline) and bullet points for clarity.

- A space for defining the core values that all employees should adhere to.

Key Strategies
- Defines the business execution strategy that the company is working towards.
- Typically used for quarterly review plans with specific targets.

Priorities
The Priorities View aligns daily execution plans with the business’s objectives and strategies.
- Displays all priorities, categorized as Completed or To Be Done.
- Users can edit priorities by clicking the ‘pencil’ icon, leading to a detailed table view.
- Users can:
- Create new priorities using the ‘Add’ button.
- Group priorities under specific objectives or strategies for structured display.
- Set deadlines and mark priorities as Completed once achieved.
- Add outcomes to track if objectives have been met for future review
Customers (Metrics View)
The Customers Metrics View presents key business performance indicators (KPIs) related to customers.
Standard KPI Set Includes
- Enquiries
- Proposals
- Orders Booked
- Win/Loss Ratio Each KPI is displayed in a configurable card format, providing:
- A tooltip ("i" icon) explaining the metric and its summarized period.
- A date selector (top-right) to filter data by Month, Quarter, or Year. KPI Data Exploration
- Each KPI card includes a ‘table’ icon that opens a detailed pop-up window.
- The pop-up window allows users to:
- View underlying data details contributing to the metric.
- Apply filters to refine displayed data.
- Click on specific transactions to drill down further.
- Export data as a CSV file (if the user has export permissions).
Configuring and Customizing KPI Views
Creating New KPI Cards
- Users with editing rights (check Resources Page) can create custom KPI cards.
- Click the Settings ‘Cog’ visible in the specific page user is on, switching the view to Edit Mode.
- The Ribbon Section provides three edit options:
- Layout
- Outline
- Card
Layout (Rearranging KPI Cards)
- Toggle to Edit Mode and select a KPI container (highlighted in red).
- Drag the container to a new position.
- Wait for the outline colour to turn blue, indicating a valid new position.
- Save, revert, or undo changes using the Ribbon Controls. Outline (Grouping KPI Cards)
- Adjust the size of KPI containers by setting numerical values.
- Click Preview to check layout changes.
- Use the History button to revert to previous versions. Card (Adding/Removing KPI Cards)
- Click "+" to add a new KPI card.
- Modify card settings, including: Card Name Tooltip Data Source (linked to different system views).

- Navigate to Settings > Modules to manage KPI visibility.
- Select the target module to: Enable/disable specific KPI cards. Modify KPI display settings under Configure View Content.
